Creating Forms with Office Word 2010

In our daily lives, we often find the form that should we fill it as part of a process. Starting from the bank account opening forms, tax reporting, and others. The majority of print and usually shaped form that must be filled in writing. The presence of an electronic system resulted in the transfer process manually from printed form into electronic form. Such a process is certainly time consuming and provides the potential for error. Electronic form filling solution is expected to cut time and reduce the potential for data input errors.


Making electronic form is now quite easy now, even with utilizing the applications already used by many people, such as Microsoft Office Word. With Office Word 2010, we not only can type the article and make a report, but we also can create electronic forms.

Registration Form
In this article, we will create a template form with Office Word 2010. Example we will use is the university registration form.

1. First create a form layout using tables.


2. Ensure that the Developer tab appears on the ribbon toolbar.



3. When Microsoft Word was not configured as above, the thing to do is go to Backstage area (File menu) and select the Options menu and select Customize Ribbon Menu and check the checkbox beside the option to Customize the Ribbon Developer to enable the Developer Tab.

7.Button Control Properties will lead us to the Content Control Properties window. Please add a few options that may be selected by the user in completing the registration information. Click button Adduntuk add some required information.


8.This is an example of a user view that is obtained when they want to determine their choice, there are two options namely sexes Men and Women. Please proceed alone with the Combo Box Content Control for information on the GPA that would be selected.


9.More information, for Date of Birth - we can place the Date Picker Content Controla gar user can choose the appropriate date is the date lahirnya.Berikut display when the user to select a date of birth.



10.Than, the user can also enter the relevant user photo - Picture Content Control using, so the system can save pictures images from the university registrar.

11. When users do click on these controls, the user will be taken to choose the profile photo to be included in the registration form.

12.By using the Check Box Content Control, the registrant is required to express their consent in registering themselves at the college in question.

13.This is the final appearance of the form which we have made above.
