Office 2011 for Mac integrates three important features

Microsoft has officially released Office 2011 for Mac. There are some additional important features such as Outlook integration, Office Web applications, coauthoring, Ribbon, a new template gallery, photo editing, full screen, the ability to broadcast slideshows, and more. One of the most important additions in Office 2011 for Mac is the integration with Outlook which is the first thing for the Mac version. Microsoft Outlook is described as one for all applications. "The existence of the application, the user can close some e-mail thread into one quick view, see all your inbox in one view, and manage their workload from anywhere," writes Microsoft's official site.


Another important feature to look at is the ability to perform a direct preview of email attachments. This feature has a license for SharePoint Foundation 2010 for business use or the free Windows Live ID for personal use can now use Windows Live SkyDrive to store and edit documents and presentations for free online. In addition, users can write documents in real time, or add audio and video to chat.
